A littleSubscription terms
Basic cleaning stays free. Plus is an optional subscription for more ways to build a routine.
A little: Gentle Cleaning is provided by QiaoJuan Liu. These terms explain subscriptions purchased in the iOS app through Apple’s App Store.
What Plus includes
Plus provides guided scene routines, up to 100 reusable custom routines with one to three steps each, and suggestions based on your selected time, energy, and recent local history. Basic cleaning, the three spaces, smaller steps, recent history, weekly progress, and optional reminders do not require Plus.
Plus access lasts while the app can verify an active entitlement. If access ends, free features and existing local history remain available. New Plus sessions and creating or editing custom routines require active access. Already-started sessions can still be finished.
Plans, price, and billing
The app offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Annual plans are billed for the full year, not in monthly installments. The exact local price, currency, billing period, and available offer are displayed in the app and Apple’s confirmation sheet before you agree.
Payment is charged through your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or when a confirmed free trial converts to a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Review the next billing date and current price in your Apple subscription settings.
Introductory free trial
Eligible new subscribers may be offered a three-day free trial. It is available only when shown by Apple for your account and selected plan. Installing or opening the app does not start the trial; confirming the subscription starts the offer.
After the trial, the selected plan renews at the price and billing period shown at confirmation unless canceled. Apple determines eligibility. Monthly and annual plans share one subscription group, so switching between them does not reset introductory-offer eligibility.
Manage or cancel
Use A little → Settings → Manage Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → A little. To avoid a free trial renewing, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Your Apple cancellation screen shows when access ends; trial access may end immediately in some cases.
Removing the app, clearing cleaning data, or contacting app support does not itself cancel renewal. For instructions and regional differences, see Apple’s subscription cancellation guidance.
Restore and refunds
To restore an eligible purchase, use the purchasing Apple Account and choose Restore Purchases in A little while connected to the internet. Restoring access does not recover local cleaning history or custom routines. There is no A little login account or app-operated cloud backup in this version.
Apple handles requests for refunds of App Store charges through reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined under Apple’s rules and applicable law. We cannot promise a refund. A refund or revocation may end Plus access.
App license and your rights
The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These subscription explanations supplement that license and do not replace Apple’s purchase terms or remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
